About the experience
My approach to choreography is interwoven with deep listening. We will learn to tune into the visceral feeling of music and respond in the distinct ways our body wants to move. There is an ancient connection between spirt and sound, one that uncovers stories that live in the eathers, earth, and our own lineages.
Through the course of a month we will make a 1 minute chorogphy to a song of your choice together. Each week we will explore the song deeper and deeper & be present with what is coming through. We will get clear on the story you are telling through the piece we are creating. & You will be sent off after each lesson with weekly activities to guide you in your own process of creating this piece.
This experince is for all levels &
each lesson will be an hour and 15 min. You will leave the experience with a 1 min choreogphy & a worksheet to help you continue exploring choreogphy on your own.

‘storyteller’ a 4 week 1 on 1 choreography program
My all time favorite way to learn and expand as a dancer is through choreography. This method of learning blends together intention, creativity, memorization, technique building through repetition , & strengthening, to then arrive with a finished art piece that tells an intimate story of your inner world & imagination.
It also has been a powerful tool to anchor in new energy into my life by creating a story I want to step into through dance & embodiment.
For those wanting to get a taste of the unique way I approach and expand myself as a dancer and artist in my own process, this experience is for you.

This movement container was created to meet the individuals intentions and goals with dance. The experience will begin in your application where I ask you questions to get clear on how you want to expand as a mover. We have the options to focus on technique, strength, stage presence, or go more into a meditative guided lesson to get in touch with your unique form of freestyle.

if you are calling in a private immersive experience into full spectrum creativity this program is for you. The goal is to guide the participant on a joinery of clairty of their own individual artistic expression.
